By booking your appointment online, you agree to come to your appointment unless you have provided 24-hour notice of cancellation. A full facial assessment and medical history review is required to be performed prior to receiving our products.  By booking your appointment, you agree to answer truthfully to medical history, as serious side effects can occur. You agree to pay in full directly after services are rendered to you. We have the right to refuse services at our discretion in accordance to federal law. By booking your appointment, you agree to follow pre- & post-procedure instructions for your safety.  Results vary by individual; by receiving services, you are not guaranteed a flawless look.
